Cheng Cohen Secures Lost Future Royalty Recovery Against Terminated California Franchisee.
On December 2, 2008, Cheng Cohen litigators secured an arbitration award on behalf of a California franchisor against a terminated California franchisee. The amount awarded included a recovery of lost future royalties.

On November 24, 2008, Cheng Cohen litigators received an arbitration award of over $1.5 million on behalf of an international licensor against its former US master franchisee.
