Joanna Lim

Joanna manages Cheng Cohen LLC's intellectual technology department, accounting department and has overall responsibility for all administrative functions.

With over 15 years of litigation and franchise paralegal experience, Joanna is an exceptionally qualified and experienced professional who brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cheng Cohen LLC team. Joanna's litigation experience includes assisting attorneys at every stage of the litigation and arbitration process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial. Joanna's franchise registration experience comprises the preparation of the franchise applications and exemptions, drafting franchise disclosure documents and related documentation, and submitting franchise filings.

Prior to joining Cheng Cohen LLC, Joanna worked as a paralegal at Rudnick & Wolfe (now known as DLA Piper USA LLP) in Chicago, and as a paralegal and paralegal supervisor at San Francisco's Bartko, Zankel, Tarrant & Miller.
