Susan concentrates on franchise registration and disclosure matters and corporate matters. Susan's franchise registration experience includes preparing franchise applications and exemptions, drafting franchise disclosure documents and related documentation, submitting franchise filings and interacting with franchise examiners to successfully obtain franchise registration approvals.

Susan's corporate experience includes preparing and filing all documents necessary for entity formation and reorganization and mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing ongoing maintenance of corporate and stock records for clients and assisting with research and documentation related to general business and corporate planning and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Cheng Cohen LLC, Susan worked as a paralegal for DLA Piper USA LLP and Sears Holding Corporation.
