2010 Fall Meeting of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law.
Michael Daigle will be speaking on Negotiating International Franchise Agreements in Paris, France on November 5, 2010, at the Fall Meeting of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law. Michael will be joining lawyers from Sweden, France, Switzerland and Washington D.C. to explore questions like: What are the key elements for a franchisor in setting up an international franchise program? How do you balance the franchisor’s need to protect the brand and the franchisee’s desire for some degree of operating freedom?
