Kyle concentrates on general corporate, franchising, licensing, and distribution matters.

Kyle is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of both the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.

Before joining Cheng Cohen LLC, Kyle concentrated his practice in the area of antitrust.  Kyle graduated cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and received individual distinctions for his time on Loyola’s International Vis Moot Court team.  Kyle also graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History.
