Zack is a commercial transactional attorney. He concentrates his practice on franchise and licensing law, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters.

Before joining Cheng Cohen LLC, Zack interned for Justice Kilbride of the Illinois Supreme Court. Zack graduated from The University of Tampa, and earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
