Sam Wieczorek’s contribution to The Year in Review for 2019 was recently published by the American Bar Association’s International Law Section. Sam’s contribution featured a discussion of legal developments in franchising both in the United States and internationally during calendar year 2019.  To read the publication: click here.

In addition to his written contribution to The Year in Review, Sam also served the Committee Editor for the International Contracts Committee’s contribution to the publication. As Committee Editor, Sam oversaw the recruitment of authors to draft articles for the Committee’s contribution, edited the various contributions from those authors, and coordinated the submission of the final contribution to the section editors. Each year, The Year in Review features the key legal developments from around the world. According to the ABA, it is the most widely distributed U.S. international law survey in the world, reaching approximately 11,000 readers in more than 90 countries.
