Members of the Cheng Cohen team are no strangers to the Franchise Times Dealmakers event, hosted at the spring Franchise Times Finance & Growth Conference.  But this year we are particularly pleased to announce that Amy Cheng will be one of the judges of the “Deal of the Year”.  For those not familiar with this event, Franchise Times Dealmakers celebrates the biggest deals and dealmakers in franchising.  Past winners of the “Deal of the Year” include the Regulation A+ mini-IPO offering by FatBurger’s parent FAT Brands (2018), the $2 billion investment by Roark Capital in Jimmy Johns (2017), and the special purchase acquisition and IPO of Del Taco orchestrated by Levy Acquisition (2016).
