Emmaline is a transactional attorney. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and other franchise matters.

Prior to joining Cheng Cohen, Emmaline worked at the Chicago office of a large international firm, where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions including the implementation of multi-country corporate transactions. In law school, Emmaline served as Vice President of the Black Law Students Association and was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Tax Review.
