Louis is a commercial transactional attorney. He concentrates his practice on franchise, licensing law, international commercial transactions, and general corporate matters.
Before joining Cheng Cohen, Louis worked in bankruptcy where he represented a multitude of clients in their Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings. Louis obtained his Bachelor, J.D., and LL.M. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, he served as Senior Editor of the Loyola University Chicago International Law Journal, Treasurer of the Black Law Student Association, and was a competitor in the Willem C. Vis international Commercial Arbitration Moot competition in Vienna.
