While Nicole has never broken a bone in her body, she was born with 2 broken bones.

Nicole is a general corporate and transactional attorney. She conducts legal research for, and represents franchisors at all stages of development with preparing disclosure documents, drafting franchise documents, and managing the ongoing needs of a franchise program.
Prior to joining Cheng Cohen, Nicole was a Faculty Fellow at Washington University School of Law, co-managing the Civil Rights, Community Justice, and Mediation Law Clinic.
