His experience includes stock and asset acquisitions of both private and public companies and cross-border acquisitions, including due diligence investigation, review and analysis, board and stockholder approvals, and assisting with closing mechanics. Zack also represents franchisors at all stages of development with preparing disclosure documents, drafting franchise documents, and managing the ongoing needs of a franchise program.
Prior to joining Cheng Cohen, Zack interned for Justice Kilbride of the Illinois Supreme Court, where he contributed much of his time to the Illinois Access to Justice Commission in order to promote and facilitate equal access to justice for all people, including the most vulnerable.
