Katie supports the firm’s trademark practice by managing the docket and communicating upcoming deadlines to clients. Her responsibilities include preparing trademark applications, responses to office actions, renewals and other maintenance filings. Katie also supports the transactional team, including assisting with franchise registration, document administration, and corporate record-keeping. Prior to joining Cheng Cohen, Katie worked as an IP paralegal in Philadelphia.
