Sam Wieczorek has been appointed the International Contracts Committee’s editor for, and will be a contributor to, the 2019 edition of the American Bar Association’s annual publication, The Year in Review, which highlights the major legal developments during the year for both U.S. and international law. The International Contracts Committee (for which Sam currently serves as Vice Chair) is devoted to issues involving cross-border contracts, including in the areas of international franchising and distribution, and is an important contributor each year to The Year in Review.
