Cheng Cohen will be at the 2022 International Franchise Association’s Annual Convention in San Diego, California from February 26 – March 01, 2022. Cheng Cohen’s Amy Cheng and Aaron-Michael Sapp will be presenting during this year’s IFA Convention on Monday, February 28, 2022.

Amy Cheng will participate in a panel on changing legacy processes and systems. The panel will focus their discussion a number of things, including the planning involved, the information used to educate the system, possible challenges you may face, what outside resources can be used to help change the processes and how to execute the roll-out for the changes.
