Alex grew up in a military family and hopes to one day open a pro-bono Veteran’s Legal clinic.

Alex was co-captain of her varsity golf team in high school.

Despite traveling most of her life Alex is afraid of flying.

Alex is a transactional attorney who provides comprehensive support to clients across a range of corporate matters, including various corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts. She also specializes in franchise law, and assisting clients with drafting disclosure documents, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with franchise laws. Alex is dedicated to helping find tailored solutions that meet her clients’ unique business needs.

Before joining Cheng Cohen, Alex worked at a prominent international accounting firm in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, where she focused on the tax implications of corporate transactions. During law school, Alex earned certificates in both Transactional and Tax law, served as Senior Editor for the Loyola Consumer Law Review, and advocated for low-income taxpayers through the Loyola Tax Clinic.
