We are pleased to announce that Antonia Scholz will be co-presenting the Annual Developments session at 43rd Annual Forum on Franchising. To those who have not attended the Forum before, the Annual Developments session is the Forum’s signature event.  It provides a “thoughtful, comprehensive and lively review of the year’s key judicial and legislative developments affecting franchising and distribution.”

Antonia’s participation in the Annual Developments is the culmination of a year of tremendous effort by the Cheng Cohen team, who helped Antonia review and summarize cases for the accompanying Annual Developments book. All Forum attendees receive a copy of the book, which summarizes all significant franchise and distribution cases during the reporting period of August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020.

The Forum is being held virtually this year from October 27-30, 2020.  The Annual Developments session is on October 28, 2020 at 11:15am Central Time.
