We are excited to announce that two lawyers from Cheng Cohen will be speakers at the American Bar Association’s 44^th Annual Forum on Franchising, which will take place on October 13-16, 2021 (both in-person in Atlanta, Georgia and virtually).

• Gina Malandrino will be leading a workshop titled, “But I Already Bought the Franchise? Exploring Renewal/Successor Rights.” She will be presenting this topic with Julie Lusthaus of Lusthaus Law. The session is scheduled for Thursday, October 14th at 4:15 pm (EST), and Friday, October 15th at 10:15 am (EST).
• Stuti Murarka will be leading a workshop titled, “A Paradigm Shift: Transfers Involving Private Equity and Other Complex Arrangements.” She will be presenting this topic with Stephanie Russ from Children’s Lighthouse and Alexander Tuneski from DLA Piper. The session is scheduled for Thursday, October 14th at 2:30 pm (EST), and Friday, October 15th at 1:00 pm (EST).
