• Aaron-Michael Sapp will be leading a workshop titled “Recent Topics in Arbitration: What Litigators and Drafters Should Know.” He will be presenting this topic with John M. Doroghazi of Wiggin and Dana LLP and Caroline B. Fitcher of Bundy and Fitcher PLLC. This session is scheduled for Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 1:30pm (PST) and Friday, November 4, 2022 at 3:00pm (PST).
• Charles Hoover will be participating in a presentation titled “Ways in Which Small Firms Have Updated their Practices Following Covid” during the Solo/Small Firm Breakfast on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 7:00am (PST).
