Fredric Cohen will participate in a break-out session on leveraging franchisee associations and advisory councils to strengthen relationships. This session will provide an overview of how franchisor and franchisee counsel can best use franchisee advisory councils and independent franchisee associations to manage the system. The session is scheduled for 1:45 pm (EST) on May 5, 2025.

Vincent Frantz will moderate and participate in a panel discussion on the practical application of artificial intelligence in a franchise system. The panel will explore the use of AI tools in the franchise system, highlighting what they are trying, what successes they are having, and what challenges they may have experienced. The session is scheduled for 1:45 pm (EST) on May 5, 2025 and 3:00 pm (EST) on May 6, 2025.
