Antonia Scholz and Vince Frantz from the Cheng Cohen team attended the spring Franchise Times Finance & Growth conference in Las Vegas, NV from May 7-9, 2018.  In addition to hearing many terrific presentations by new and established franchise brands, Antonia and Vince were able to celebrate NRD Capital’s nomination for the “Deal of the Year” award for its going-private acquisition of Ruby Tuesday, Inc.  Cheng Cohen was primary deal counsel for this transaction, and thrilled to see the NRD team receive this recognition.  Congrats to NRD!
