The Cheng Cohen team seemed to be running a convention marathon this month! Amy Cheng, Aaron-Michael Sapp and Antonia Scholz jetted off to Las Vegas, where Amy moderated a panel discussion on the unique challenges franchisors face in making third party delivery services available to franchisees at the 2023 Food on Demand Conference on May 5th. From there, they swooped over to DC on the 7th to join the bulk of our team at the 2023 IFA Legal Symposium to hear 2 of our own present and rub elbows with like minded professionals.

Amy participated in a discussion on positioning for a strategic transaction and Vincent Frantz led a workshop on franchising in the metaverse. Check out our team in action!
