Most everyone knows that April is tax season – but did you know that March and April are also FDD renewal season?  If you’re a franchisor, the answer is probably – YES.

Franchisors must amend their Franchise Disclosure Document on an annual basis – and although the deadlines will vary, most franchisors find themselves issuing their annual FDD in the months of March or April.  What that means is that each spring the Cheng Cohen team kicks into overdrive.  It takes unflagging team effort, countless orders of pizza delivery, and a little support from our local FedEx driver to get to the finish line each year.  Here is just a quick glimpse of a typical day in the life.
