Kaitlyn is a member of the firm’s transactional practice group, specializing in regulatory compliance and commercial transactions in the franchise industry. Kaitlyn works with emerging and established franchise systems on a variety of matters involving corporate governance, franchise registration and disclosure, vendor contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlyn practiced in the Grand Rapids office of a large Michigan-based law firm with a focus on real property transactions, administrative law, and a variety of commercial transactions.
