Alex is a transactional attorney. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and other franchise matters.
Prior to joining Cheng Cohen, Alex worked for a large international accounting firm in Mergers & Acquisitions where she primarily focused on tax implications of the transactions. In law school, Alex received two certificates in Transactional and Tax law, was Senior Editor for the Loyola Consumer Law Review, and was a member of the Women’s Law Society.
