Ben is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters and franchise law. He advises clients on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. Ben also represents franchise brands at all stages of growth, providing strategic counsel on disclosure documents, development agreements, compliance, and day-to-day operational issues, both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Cheng Cohen, Ben practiced at a Chicago firm focusing on administrative and business law matters including entity formation, business and contract disputes, and professional licensing advising individuals and corporate clients.
