Amy Cheng will be participating in a break-out session discussion on positioning for a strategic transaction. This session will focus on best practices and tips on positioning your brand for acquisition from a legal perspective, both on the part of the franchisor and its franchisees, prior to the execution of a letter of intent. The session is scheduled for 10:30 am (EST) on May 8, 2023 and 3:00 pm (EST) on May 9, 2023.

Vincent Frantz will be moderating a break-out session discussion on franchising and the metaverse. This session will provide an overview of considerations for franchisors planning to do business in the Metaverse, including discussions of trademark protection, privacy/security issues, and payment currency and processing. The session is scheduled for 10:30 am (EST) on May 8, 2023 and 3:00 pm (EST) on May 9, 2023.
